Website for the Congressman from NY-15
Built this site as tech lead for the VNCS agency for Congressman Ritchie Torres of NY-15. Congressman Torres rise started when he became the youngest elected official in the City of New York. He's also the first openly-LGBT elected official in the Bronx. This site has a striking design and custom content management system built with Ruby on Rails.
Constraints
- Implemented a striking "yard sign" design on the homepage with complex JavaScript transitions
